From hands-on contributor to strategic leader, I grew alongside Narvar. Adapting my skills,
expanding my impact, and building systems that scaled with the business. Eight years of evolution that shaped both my career and the company's global brand presence.

Instead of wondering "Where's my package?" or dealing with confusing tracking sites, Narvar helps brands like Sephora and Gap keep you in the loop with easy tracking, updates, and returns—all in one place. It's about turning that anxious wait between purchase and delivery into a moment of trust, convenience, and brand loyalty.

Startup Hustle:
Building the Foundation

When everything is moving fast, versatility becomes your superpower. I joined Narvar as the fourth designer when we were just under 100 employees serving 150 clients from a single Bay Area office. In this scrappy environment, I thrived as a versatile contributor across product, marketing, and sales initiatives. One week I'd be refining UX for our Returns and Track products, the next I'd be updating our emerging website or building pitch decks for sales teams. Working alongside just four designers and a lean product team, I embraced the startup mentality. Jumping into user research, joining client calls, and doing whatever it took to move fast and build with purpose.

Scale and Leadership:
Expanding Global Reach

Growth changes everything, and leadership emerges from those who can navigate that change. As Narvar exploded to over 300 employees and 1,400 clients with new offices in APAC and EMEA, I stepped into a dedicated leadership role as Director of Brand Design. I took ownership of our global brand strategy, strengthening Marketing and Sales design ecosystems while building and leading a high-performing Brand Design team. During this period, I launched over six new products into international markets and partnered with cross-functional leaders to align brand strategy with product roadmaps. My focus shifted from doing the work to enabling others. Evolving our organization to support a truly global customer base.

Transformation and Transition:
Leading Through Change

The best leaders shine during periods of uncertainty and transformation. As Narvar entered a new phase with AI-driven features and executive leadership changes, I navigated significant organizational shifts while maintaining brand excellence. I contributed to a major brand transition, reshaping our marketing positioning, leading a complete website redesign, and refreshing all sales collateral to reflect the company's evolving vision. When broader restructuring affected my role in April 2025, I could look back with pride at the strategic transformation I had led and the talented team I had built and mentored.
