The Opportunity

Narvar’s new brand signals a bold move into AI innovation and now it needs to be experienced. The visual system must bring that story to life: modular in design, scalable across event sizes, adaptable to multiple languages, and consistent across global touchpoints. It needed to convey integration of data, AI, and deep customization.

AI and machine learning can feel intimidating, even to tech-savvy buyers. I partnered with Product and Marketing teams to decode Narvar's AI-forward roadmap into narratives that felt accessible and actionable. By embedding myself with product teams, I gained deep technical understanding that allowed me to craft messaging that simplified complex data systems without dumbing them down. The result: clear, confident storytelling that grounded cutting-edge technology in tangible business value, making the sophisticated feel approachable.

Engagement

Great experiences don't just showcase products, they facilitate meaningful connections. I designed multi-zone event spaces that guided prospects through a journey from curiosity to consideration. Working closely with product leaders, we developed demo stations that brought Narvar's post-purchase capabilities to life through interactive experiences. Each zone served a specific purpose: personalized activation areas built interest, educational spaces deepened understanding, and intimate demo areas enabled authentic sales conversations. I optimized every demo for maximum flexibility, ensuring seamless delivery across TVs, iPads, and laptops for any event scenario.

Smarter Budgeting

Stunning visuals matter, but smart budgeting matters more. Faced with the high costs of large displays and custom lighting, I developed a strategic approach to technology investment. I created standardized formats and modular components that delivered visual impact while slashing costs, simplifying logistics, and streamlining setup. This systematic approach allowed us to allocate budget strategically—investing in high-impact moments while maintaining experience quality across all touchpoints.

Ahead of each event, our primary goal was clear: drive meetings. With booths designed to host up to four meetings simultaneously, we created an environment that felt more like a brand hub than a trade show booth. Energized, inviting, and built to spark meaningful conversations with both prospects and customers.

300+ MQLs Sparked by Personalization

To cut through the noise, we teamed up with top-tier clients to offer personalized giveaways, custom-engraved tech accessories and patchable essentials that attendees could interact with and take home. These experiences not only delighted visitors but drove MQLs and built momentum for Sales.

100+ Demos Driving Product Engagement

We delivered hands-on walkthroughs of Narvar’s platform, giving existing customers a first look at new features and guiding potential buyers through real use cases. These sessions reinforced our commitment to innovation and showcased how Narvar drives real business results.
