A Website Redesign
Powered by Design Systems
Narvar
A forward-thinking redesign that positions Narvar at the forefront of AI innovation. Powered by a scalable design system built with Figma and Webflow, using shared tokens, templates, and components for rapid expansion.
The Opportunity
Narvar's outdated site was misaligned with our current strategy and product vision, multi-language pages were expensive and cumbersome to maintain, and slow landing page deployment was killing our agility. With just three months to meet crucial fiscal and event deadlines, we needed more than a redesign—we needed a complete transformation.

Vision-Aligned Execution
Great design starts with understanding what's actually happening. I initiated a comprehensive data audit analyzing site traffic, conversion patterns, and SEO signals to identify user drop-off points and optimization opportunities. This research shaped our content strategy and informed a more intuitive site architecture. Simultaneously, I facilitated cross-functional branding workshops to align leadership on messaging and design direction, ensuring our website redesign seamlessly extended across sales decks, trade show materials, and digital campaigns. Creating a unified brand experience at every touchpoint.
Strategic Leadership
Through Systematic Delivery
Complex projects need clear vision and flawless execution. As Design Director, I orchestrated a phased rollout from rough concepts to interactive prototypes, maintaining creative vision while hitting aggressive timelines. I strategically empowered senior designers to lead system architecture while guiding junior designers through production and CMS implementation. To accelerate development, I brought in a specialized Webflow agency, managing weekly Figma collaborations that kept prototypes aligned and handoffs seamless. This systematic approach ensured quality at every stage while building team capabilities.
Accessibility Design
That Scales
Beautiful design means nothing if it doesn't work for everyone. We considered accessibility early on, conducting a comprehensive color audit and realigning our palette with WCAG guidelines to improve contrast across all states and devices. We architected a Figma component library using constraints, auto layout, and variants to ensure seamless responsiveness across breakpoints. Recognizing mobile-first reality, we prioritized touch-friendly interactions, legible typography scaling, and optimized navigation patterns specifically for small screens directly improving conversion rates and user flow.
Systems Thinking
for Long-Term Success
The best design systems bridge the gap between vision and reality. My impact: I established a token-based system that maintained perfect visual consistency between Figma and Webflow, syncing values for color, spacing, and typography. This systematic approach eliminated design drift, accelerated prototyping cycles, streamlined QA processes, and created a foundation built for continuous iteration. The result: a living design system that empowers teams to move fast while maintaining brand integrity
Results
Launched MVP to Hit Critical Deadline
Relaunched the website with 80% of key pages live. Prioritizing high-impact content to align with a major tradeshow. Remaining pages followed within two weeks, ensuring a complete experience without compromising momentum.
Cut Translation Costs by 50%
By leveraging Webflow’s native localization tools, we reduced translation costs from $20K to $10K. The new architecture enabled faster updates and streamlined publishing across multiple languages.
Accelerated Production by 80%
Integrating Figma and Webflow libraries cut production time from 15 days to just 3. This new system empowered the design team to move from concept to live pages with greater speed, consistency, and confidence.
